On Sunday 24th March, our sister in the faith, Rebekah, was baptised by our pastor, Oliver Gross. Oliver preached on John 10: 22-42, “Three Glorious Impossibilities.” God’s sheep cannot be lost, His Son cannot be stoned and His salvation cannot be contained. You can listen to the full message here.
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.” – John 10: 27-28
Rebekah gave a testimony about her life before becoming a Christian: that even if one is born into a Christian family, that does not automatically make them saved and that we must fully surrender our lives to Jesus to be a part of His Church. You can listen to her full testimony here.
Oliver continued his series on Hebrews 11 in the evening, preaching about the faith of Sarah: her sorrow, her struggle and her salvation.
“By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.”– Ephesians 4:17-18
