Alternate Saturdays, 7.15-9.15pm
Our YP group is run for young people of secondary school age and is led by John and Ros Norris, who have many years of experience working with young people from different backgrounds.
Our aim is to remind young people of their need to come to faith in the Lord Jesus and to teach those who are Christians how to best grow as believers.
It takes place in the church hall and commences with a brief Bible study. Questions about the Christian life and contemporary issues are very much welcomed as part of this activity.
This is followed by various games and informal fellowship until 9.00pm.
We at Buckingham are very keen to encourage our young people into areas of ministry that will help them to develop the gifts God has given them. We seek to ensure our YP meetings play a key role in facilitating this.
